UJUZI MASHINANI LAUNCH

At Buuri constituency, Meru County, Ag CEO Elizabeth N. Nkukuu  attended the 1st graduation under the "Ujuzi Mashinani initiative" courtesy of MP Mugambi Rindikiri. 700 students graduated from  Koome, Ruibi, Kiirua tech, Ethi poly & Kiirua Timau Campus.

Ujuzi mashinani initiative is a brain child of area MP from the idea of Love and visionary leadership in Buuri Constituency meant to Scale up and enhance competence to curb unemployment within the youth bracket. Technical skills e.g Building, Construction, fashion, electrical & plumbing among other courses taught.

In her speech, the Ag CEO congratulated the graduands and questioned them to use the technical skills they have garnered to better their lives and the community. She went ahead to thank the area MP for the well planned and executed program for his Constituents. Ms Elizabeth cautioned the graduands from taking loans from institutions with punitive interests, where else they can borrow Hustler Fund loans: the only government digital lending institution with a single digit interest. 

Inattendance was the Chief Guest Diaspora PS Roseline Njogu among other National & Local leaders.
