The Group Loan Product allows you and up to nine and above members to borrow together as a group. By joining forces, you can access loans of upto 1,000,000. This collective approach not only makes borrowing easier but also builds a support system that helps everyone stay on track with repayments.
- Form Your Group:
- If you have a group of 10 Members and above: Register the group through Micro and Small Eterprises Authority (MSEA) or Business Registration Service (BRS). Note; MSEA registration can be done through *254# under group loan.
- Assign Roles: Clearly define each person’s responsibilities to ensure smooth group operations and accountability.
- Apply for a Loan:
- Submit Together: As a group, you’ll submit a loan application through our easy digital platform or by dialing *USSD code *254#.
- Approval Process: Five random group members will receive an SMS to approve the loan, ensuring everyone agrees and supports the decision.
- Receive Funds:
- Disbursement: Once approved, 95% of the loan amount is sent to your group’s mobile money wallet, and 5% is automatically saved in your group’s savings account.
- Use Your Funds: Use the money to grow your business, buy equipment, stock inventory, or for other productive purposes.
- Repay with Ease:
- Flexible Terms: Repay your loan within 30 days with the option to make full or partial payments that fit your cash flow.
