MONITORING AND EVALUATION IN WESTPOKOT COUNTY

Hustler Fund continued to assess the effectiveness of the products to ensure resources are used efficiently over the last two years of the Fund's existence. The Fund, in collaboration with MSEA and Youth County officers met groups, youths, and PWDs in West Pokot Sub-County, Mnagei Ward, at Kapenguria Youth Empowerment Cente, Kacheliba Sub-County, Suam Ward at Holy Cross Catholic Church and Kipkomo Sub-County, Chepareria Ward at Chepareria Vocational Training Center.

The Fund's Officers, however, sensitized the attendees on the Credit score/Rating which will build their credit history and eventually bridge them to mainstream financial institutions, which is tied to them repaying their loans. The Officers also elaborated more on the Bridge loan product.

The Fund identified areas for improvement and demonstrated accountability for the Fund's savings component.
