
Ms. Hardlyne Lusui
Ms. Hardlyne Lusui possesses excellent leadership, communication, analytical, organizational planning and financial management skills. She brings with her extensive experience from the Financial Services sector, having worked as a banker with I&M, National Bank of Kenya, and Equity Bank for a period of nearly ten years.
Ms. Lusui holds a Master of Arts Degree in Women Leadership and Governance from The University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Science from the Kenya Methodist University. She further holds a Diploma in Information Sciences from Eldoret Polytechnic. Besides her academic qualifications, Ms. Lusui has attended a number of conferences and undertaken short courses including the International Conference on Language Gender and Leadership (Nottingham University-UK), Performance Based Road Maintenance Contract (PBC) by Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology, Corporate Banking and Credit Analysis from Institute of Banking & Business Communication India and a certificate in Corporate Governance for Directors from CGI.
Ms. Lusui has served on several boards. She is a former Board Member of the Consolidated Bank of Kenya Limited (CBKL) where she served as the Chairperson of Human Resources, Audit and Credit Committees between 2019 to 2021. She is also a former Board Member of Kapkeruge Secondary School (Nandi) where she served as the chair of the Audit committee.
She is passionate about women and youth empowerment and believes that hard work and determination are key to success in whichever endeavor one engages in. Her dream is to see a Kenya that fully embraces gender equality and inclusion in every sector.
