Mr. Lawrence Kibet is an experienced Board Level Leader with a wealth of experience in general Management, Commercial and Business Strategy, Accounting and Finance Management, Corporate Governance, Capital Raising, Commercial Law Practice, Project Management and Innovation Management.

He currently works as the Chief Executive Officer at Image Registrars Limited, a leading securities Registrar and investor relations Company. Additionally, he is also a partner at Icon Advisory Services Limited where he has been involved in several projects in an array of areas including Public Policy, Public Finance Management and Public Investments.

Mr. Lawrence Kibet’s experience spans across the African Region and he has been actively involved in key Capital Markets Projects like the Safaricom IPO, EABL Bond Offer, KenGen Bond Offer and Rights Issue which were ranked amongst the largest capital raising projects in the region.

Mr. Lawrence Kibet’s overall experience cuts across several sectors such as Finance and Banking, Energy and Petroleum, Telecommunications and Technology, Logistics, Consumer Products, Banking, Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, and Commercial services—and in numerous markets across Africa.

Mr. Lawrence Kibet has served in several boards including the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA), Rubis Energies, Chemelil Sugar, Gulf Energy, Sameer Group, KenGen, Java House, Access Bank, Kingdom Bank, Fidelity Insurance, Sasini PLC, Karen Country Club and SMEP MFB as Director and Corporation

Mr. Lawrence kibet holds a Master in Public Policy and Management (MPPM) finalist from Strathmore University with an exposure to the international module from New York University, Wagner School of Public Service. He also possesses an MBA. from the University of Nairobi.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Option) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) both from the University of Nairobi.
